Due to popular demand, we are making some Late Bird tickets available on a very limited basis. If you missed out on a ticket to RailsCamp, this is your very last chance to fix that.
Sales of these tickets must end at 4pm AEDT on October 27th so get in quick!
Hi everyone! We’ve had a fantastic response to RailsCamp Melbourne and we can’t wait to see you all! However, all good things must come to an end, and so it is with heavy heart that we announce that ticket sales must close at 4pm (Melbourne time) on October 19.
If you’d like to join us for four days of coding, Werewolf and good company in the woods, hit the Tickets link up above or visit https://ti.to/ruby-australia/rails-camp-22-melbourne/.
You spoke and we listened 😊
We’ve retraced our steps on tip toes and decided that we can after all live with a colour compromise (in fact the alternative option is equally rad). So you have have the option of a slim fit t-shirt (as opposed to the mens cut) if you’d prefer that!
If you’d like the slim fit shirt instead of your original selection let us know (along with the size) and we’ll make it so 👍🏻
We’ve edited the checkout options form so that option is now included if you haven’t already sent through your details.
Thanks for your feedback and understanding!

Tickets for RailsCamp went on sale two weeks ago, and we’re blown away by the response! We’re really looking forward to hanging out with you all, deep in the woods of Toolangi.
We wanted to address some common questions that have come up so far:
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/low-carb/dairy-free food options?
In short, yes. Every meal will have a vegan option, and we’ve asked the catering staff to separate the main carbohydrate (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, soy, processed foods, etc) from the rest of the meal and avoid added sugars (where sensible). For many attendees, salads/vegetables plus meat will be perfect and others will want to add in the main carbohydrate.
Will there be women’s T-shirt sizes?
Yes! See this post.
Sorry, not this time. We went with a unisex option (because we’re picky and difficult and really wanted a specific colour 😝). We’ve had these cuts in the past for all attendees and they’re still a great shirt, but you may want to review the sizing chart before determining your T-shirt size. Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to change the T-shirt size you selected.
Are couples rooms available?
Unfortunately not. There are only two rooms with three single beds, rather than dorm-style accommodation; these have been set aside for attendees with special requirements and have already been allocated. You can always camp!
Will there be Werewolf?
Tickets for RailsCamp Melbourne are now on sale!
We’re also pleased to announce that there will be a diversity ticket program, which we’ll have news on soon.
